  • Business transfers. We may disclose or transfer information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our business.
  • With your direction or consent. We may share information for other purposes that you direct or consent to.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies, session tokens, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, secure the Service, remember basic preferences, understand performance, and improve functionality. Some cookies are essential for authentication and security. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.

We do not use CloboticsRetail to sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are used under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, contract, security needs, dispute resolution, or audit requirements.

  • Customer applications and contact requests are retained while needed to respond, administer access, keep business records, and support audit or legal requirements.
  • Account records are retained while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, legal, and business continuity purposes.
  • Technical logs, cookies, and security records are retained for periods appropriate to maintain, improve, and secure the Service.

When we no longer have a legitimate need to process personal information, we will delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it until deletion is possible.

7. How We Protect Personal Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, secure authentication practices, encrypted transmission where appropriate, protected password storage, and monitoring for security issues. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children and Minors

CloboticsRetail is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or opt out of certain processing of personal information. We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.

10. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers offer Do Not Track signals. Because there is no uniform standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, we do not currently respond to them. We do honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by applicable law.
